WE ARE OPEN FOR PLAY

We appreciate the support from our community during the flooding. We are happy to announce that the golf courses are open!

Please read these FAQs to help our staff make your round of golf, or time on the driving range, as easy as possible.

Are the courses and range open?
On Friday, June 19th the East course, 9 holes of the West course and the driving range mats and grass tees are all open! Together the 9 holes of the West and 9 holes of the East will be combined into an 18 hole round. Currently, we are not booking 9 hole rounds on the East. The remainder of the West course remains closed and we are working as hard as possible to get it reopened soon.

Are you walking or riding?
We are allowing walking and two people per cart. Single rider carts and rental pull carts are available upon request. Each golf cart and pull cart will be sanitized before and after use.

How can I book a tee time?

  • The easiest on our staff is to book and pay in one transaction in our ONLINE BOOKING ENGINE
  • If you are a member or passholder please call the golf shop at 989.839.9600, book a tee time and pay via credit card.

How do I get a refund if I need?
If for any reason you cannot make your tee time, and you booked it through our website, please log in to the ONLINE BOOKING ENGINE to cancel and receive a refund. If you booked directly on GolfNow you will need to cancel on their website. If those options are not possible, or you run into an issue, please email us at info@curriegolf.com with the name, date and time of your reservation.

How do I purchase range balls?
The driving range machine was damaged in the flooding, and we have a replacement on order. For the meantime you will need to purchase your range balls from the West clubhouse. During peak times golf carts will be available to drive between the range and the clubhouse. Please leave empty baskets at the stall for staff to collect and disinfect. Due to the hot/dry weather, the range will be closed everyday from 12:30-1:30 for watering. We will also be moving to mats only after 1:30 during this hot stretch.

Are the clubhouses open?
The West clubhouse is open, and the East clubhouse and range ball machine are closed. There has been damage to the drywall in the West clubhouse so all restrooms are closed - there is a port-a-potty outside the clubhouse. The West clubhouse is limited to 5 people inside at time for purchases from the Golf Shop.

What should I know when I go play?
Please arrive only 15-20 minutes early to avoid creating any large groups. If you have pre-paid you may go directly to the starter and check in. If you need to visit the Golf Shop please maintain 6 feet of distance and only 5 people are allowed inside at a time. Currently, we are limited to canned and bottled drinks and beer, and pre-packaged snacks.

The course has been set up to limit touch points by removing; bunker rakes, sand bottles, water coolers, ball washers, etc. Scorecards are available upon request (once our flooded replacements arrive). The cups have been set up to stop the balls from going entirely into the hole for touchless retrieval, and all bunkers are to be played as ground under repair.

Please check your temperature before leaving your house and stay home if you are sick. Social Distancing is practiced in all areas of our facility and should be practiced on the golf course as well. Do not share clubs and golf equipment with your playing partners or congregate with them in the parking lot before or after your round.

What about leagues?
We are reaching out to all our league coordinators to communicate changes to each league. If you have questions, please reach out to your coordinator as we will continue to keep them informed.
